Check out the Vintage photos album it illustrates a history of Double W Racing from its inception in the late 70's through the mid 80's. It shows the different cars the team raced 'Back in the Day" from Wildman's Funco SSII in Class 9 and 1, to Walter's Class 5 that the team built from scratch to claim 2nd overall in NCPS points in 1979. Also pictured is Walter's Funco SSI that he piloted in Class 1 finishing 5th in the 1981 Memorial Day 100 at Lake Geneva, and 3rd in Class 10 in 1982. Vern shows up in the album with Funco Hustler that was campaigned from '85-'87 including a 9th place finish at Lake Geneva in 1-2-1600 in 1985. We hope to add more so check it out !!!
